1100 H18 High Strength Aluminum Alloy Sheet Plate With GB Standard
Product Introduction
It has the characteristics of high plasticity, corrosion
resistance, good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity.
1100 belongs to a product in the pure aluminum plate series, and
the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the 1060
series are similar. It is basically replaced by 1060 in current
applications.
1100 aluminum alloy is ordinary industrial pure aluminum with 99.0%
aluminum content. It cannot be strengthened by heat treatment; the
strength is low, but it has good ductility, formability,
weldability and corrosion resistance. After anodic oxidation, it
can further improve its corrosion resistance while obtaining a
beautiful surface.
Various aluminum materials can be produced through pressure
processing, but the strength is low. Other process performance is
basically the same as 1050A.
Typical use
1100 is usually used for parts that require good forming and
processing performance, high corrosion resistance, and do not need
high strength, such as food and chemical handling and storage equipment, sheet metal
products, hollow hardware processed by drawing cargo spinning, and
welding combination keys , Reflectors, nameplates, etc.
